Even after the training, in the first few days of use, having access to the technical service is reassuring. But there are also some features which are only used very rarely, or when you come across new use cases, so a call to our technical service will save you valuable time.

The Services and Maintenance Agreement should not be confused with the Warranty, which lasts 6 months from the delivery date.

Choosing to subscribe to the services and maintenance contract represents a contribution to the financing of the software development.
Despite all the care taken when creating and testing of our software, the infinite number of use cases means there can still be malfunctions. These are rapidly corrected and new versions are automatically made available to customers who have taken out a service and maintenance contract.
Software updates are available for download on this site. The new manufacturer’s data and updates are also available for download, for service contract customers.
The services and maintenance contract must cover all licenses used by the company. It is billed upon delivery of the software.
The renewal is done annually by tacit agreement to avoid any interruption of the service. However, for an additional cost to cover the management fees, it is possible to opt for a manual renewal.
In the event of termination of the services and maintenance contract, regardless of the cause, it is possible to reactivate it by first purchasing an update of your licenses.
When adding a new license as part of a contract, the original maturity is retained. The subscription amount corresponding to the additional license is invoiced on a pro rata basis until the expiry date.
