archelios PRO : when technicality meets ergonomics

News Release

04 October 2024

Trace Software is thrilled to announce the latest innovations developed in the second quarter of 2024 in the photovoltaic design application, archelios PRO.

Aimed at design offices, installers and developers, archelios PRO is designed to facilitate the study and conception of photovoltaic installations of all sizes. The web-based application guarantees an intuitive experience while ensuring a high-quality technical installation.

This latest version allows users to natively integrate the 3D environment for an even faster experience, as well as new technical and ergonomic features to ensure the quality of your projects while being faster.

Topographic surveys are long and expensive and require specific tools. From now on, you can automatically model your 3D environment from the archelios PRO app.

3D MAP uses the latest IGN and Google Solar* data to generate DTM (3D terrain) and DSM (3D terrain + polygon objects) layers

Your favourite references, at your fingertips

With our new favourites management feature, you can create your reference lists according to your needs. When selecting equipment, your references will appear first to speed up the configuration of your project. Configure your favourites from the database page.

The simplified single-line diagram is evolving

In order to better represent the photovoltaic systems integration into a network, the simplified single-line diagram now includes the batteries as well as a consumption point for all applicable projects. This development allows network operators to clearly see and validate the connection.

Other new features include:

  • Improved inverter configurator allows optimizers to be entered with inverters featuring multiple MPPTs
  • A new API to import a TMY file from Solargis
  • A new gateway to Suntropy’s online tool
  • Miscellaneous improvements to the help buttons
  • Miscellaneous corrections to the interface and translations
  • Addition of clarifications on how the Enedis API works

Last September, Trace Software announced its merger with Green Systèmes, a software publisher for the optimisation and management of building energy systems. This union strengthens our position as a leader and thus meets the new expectations and constraints of our customers facing the challenges of the energy transition. With this new dynamic, we offer more complete software solutions, combining innovation, performance and expertise to transform territories, energy networks and buildings together.

To mark this milestone, we have renewed our visual identity with a modernised graphic charter and new logos.
